Shipping + Returns

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS, Fedex, or UPS within 3-5 business days from purchase. Once your purchase is made you will receive a conformation via email. Please check your spam folder if it didn't come through to your regular mail box. Tracking is provided on all orders and will be sent via email once posted.

Little Arms Creative is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once the package has been scanned in by the carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of Little Arms Creative. Should you have any issues, questions, or concerns about your order once it is in transit, please contact your local shipping carrier directly as they will best be able to help!

 

Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please email littlearmscreative@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will be sent instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and returns are not available for gift cards, "rare finds", sale items, or custom orders. 

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and reach out immediately if it is damaged or you are sent the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Please note that all Little Arms Creations are made using pre-loved, second hand materials that are sometimes vintage or antique. This means there may be small signs of wear or discoloration from their previous lives which is not seen as a defect, but rather a tribute to the character and individuality of each piece that comes from using sustainable, upcycled materials. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
